Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Riyoflow mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by TAKCTRL, Chennai, India ("Riyoflow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What Riyoflow is

Riyoflow is a software platform for sports-coaching academies. Coaches use it to manage rosters, sessions, attendance, player ratings, and reports, and to collect coaching fees from families. Households use it to follow their children's progress and pay fees.

Riyoflow is a technology platform, not a coaching provider. The coaching relationship — including the quality, delivery, scheduling, and pricing of coaching — is solely between the coach (or their academy) and the parent or player. Riyoflow is not a party to that contract.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 to create an account. Player profiles for minors are created and managed by a parent/guardian or their coach with guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
  • One head coach operates one academy. Households may link children across multiple academies.
  • Information you provide must be accurate; impersonation or false academy details are grounds for termination.

3. Coach subscriptions (payments to Riyoflow)

  • Coaches subscribe to a Free, Pro, or Elite tier. Paid tiers are billed monthly — via Razorpay on Android and via Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. Displayed prices are inclusive of GST.
  • Paid tiers include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Tier limits (such as roster size) are enforced by the Service. We may change tier pricing or features with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Fee collection (payments from parents to coaches)

  • Coaches may set fee plans, and parents pay those fees in the app. Fee payments are processed by Razorpay and settle to the coach's Razorpay linked account — the money never enters Riyoflow's own bank account, and Riyoflow charges 0% commission. Razorpay's standard payment-processing fee is borne by the coach.
  • To receive fees, a coach must complete Razorpay's KYC for a linked account and comply with Razorpay's terms.
  • Fee amounts are set solely by the coach. Any taxes on coaching fees are the coach's own responsibility. Refunds of coaching fees are decided by the coach (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
  • On iOS, coaching-fee payment may be limited or routed as permitted by Apple's App Store rules.

5. Coach responsibilities

If you use Riyoflow as a coach, you additionally agree that you:

  • are entitled to run your academy and to collect the fees you configure;
  • are responsible for your own tax, invoicing, licensing, and regulatory obligations;
  • will handle players' and families' personal data only for coaching purposes and in line with applicable law;
  • are responsible for the safety and safeguarding of the minors you coach; and
  • will honour the refund commitments you make to parents.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use; no collecting payments for anything other than genuine coaching services.
  • No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the Service, or to access another academy's or household's data.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling of the Service.

7. AI assistant

The coach AI assistant produces suggestions generated from your academy's data. It can be wrong. It is an aid to coaching judgement, not a replacement for it, and outputs should not be treated as professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its software are owned by us or our licensors. Your academy's data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to host and process it to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Riyoflow is not liable for the acts or omissions of coaches or academies — including failure to deliver coaching, disputes over fees or refunds, or a coach's handling of personal data outside the app.
  • Payment processing is performed by Razorpay and Apple under their own terms; we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amounts you paid to Riyoflow in the 12 months before the claim (for households, ₹1,000).
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal risk, or abuse the platform. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
