Refund & Cancellation Policy

Two different kinds of payment happen in Riyoflow, and they have different refund rules. This page covers both. Riyoflow is operated by TAKCTRL, Chennai, India.
1. Riyoflow subscriptions (coaches paying Riyoflow)
- Free trial. Paid tiers start with a 7-day free trial with no card required. If you don't subscribe, you are never charged.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime — in the app on Android, or through your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid tier stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Refunds. Subscription charges for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a verified billing error occurred (for example a double charge). Verified billing errors are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
- iOS purchases. Subscriptions bought through Apple In-App Purchase are billed by Apple, and refund requests are decided by Apple under its policies — request them at support.apple.com/billing. We cannot issue refunds for Apple-billed charges ourselves.
- Your data. Cancelling or downgrading never deletes your data; it stays preserved and you keep access at the Free tier's limits.
2. Coaching fees (parents paying their coach)
Coaching fees are set by, and belong to, your coach. Riyoflow provides the payment rails at 0% commission; the money settles to the coach's own account and never enters Riyoflow's account. Refunds of coaching fees are therefore decided by your coach or academy, under whatever arrangement you have with them.
- To request a coaching-fee refund, contact your coach or academy directly — they can refund the payment through the payment partner, and the amount returns to your original payment method (typically 5–7 working days after the refund is initiated).
- If a payment fails but money was deducted, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank or UPI provider within 5–7 working days. If it isn't, write to us at support@riyoflow.com with the transaction reference and we'll help trace it with the payment partner.
- If you believe a payment was made in error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, or a charge you don't recognise), contact us — we'll investigate with the payment partner and the coach.
3. Disputes
If a coaching-fee dispute can't be resolved with your coach, you can raise it with us at support@riyoflow.com. We will facilitate in good faith — sharing transaction records and connecting you with the payment partner's dispute process — but as a technology platform we cannot compel a coach to refund fees for coaching-service disagreements.
